In a year marked by volatility and uncertainty, Re:Coded is proud to have demonstrated resilience and increase both the breadth and depth of our impact. We trained record numbers of students, launched new online courses and put in place a 2030 strategy to align our programs with the shifts we witnessed in the technology industry. The work we did would not have been possible without our incredible team, partners, and students and their unwavering dedication to fostering a world of equity, where young people have the opportunity to realize their full potential.

🌍 Global Expansion: We expanded our reach to new countries in North Africa and set the stage for an exciting venture in the UK and Europe in 2024.

🎓 Increased Impact: We prepared record numbers of students with access to technical and career skills, empowering them to gain both social and economic mobility in a changing landscape.

🚀 New Programs: We launched new online courses, adapting to the shifts in the industry and strategically aligned our programs with the dynamic changes we witnessed in technology.

💥 Team Connection: We hosted our first org-wide retreat, offering many of our team members the opportunity to meet for the first time and lay the groundwork for a strong year ahead.
